R12 need to Yokomo original rear rims as the offset of the rear rims are different than normal 1/12.
Front rims are the same.

1> Is there a way to modify to fit standard rear wheel ?  E.g. Change left wheel hub and right diff hub to Associated.  How much will be the total cost of modifying ?

2> How much is Yok rear tire set ?

3> I have tire truener, is adaptor available to fix Yok wheel ?  And also Tire Cone to glue tire.

可改到一般尾軸，裝一般胎鈴。
但yokomo的尾膽較長，尾輪接合位由車輪內側移至輪中，可增加尾輪的隱定性。
如換回一般尾軸，就浪費了yokomo獨特的設計了。
另外yokomo有出專用的磨胎接合器
