當年新車末必會漏油,今日就絕對會漏油,中古物也

ching, you can check if shim plates under heat sink and are missing. oil leakage should not be relevant to recoil starter because there is a steel covering plate between recoil starter and engine case which is bolted onto the engine case originally. that is to say, the recoil starter is isolated from the fuel route.
