You used the opposit paints. The way you did it will give you smokey blue, more like "dirty" grey + blue.

Should be Trans. Blue + normal silver.

TO hc1309: The decal is bought from Japan. I don't think Hong Kong is selling it anymore. "紅丁" once sold it before but was like 3 months ago.
