N12 TOURING/S SHIM Question

Hello,

I just bought a N12 T/S engine.  I am new to gas car.  Would like to ask if I need to add shim to the engine before running-in?  If add shim, what size do I need to add?

Running in  engine no need to add shim.
Add or not to add shim depends on the Nitro % you will be using, not how you run your engine.

If you use Break in fuel, which is 5% nitro, then no need to add
If you use higher nitro % to run the engine, like 25%, then add .1 to .2mm shim.
