U should use lower cs ratio. Try out some other combination. I was playing cs 1.5 when I was a beginner and I still have to be very careful. You should also check the drag brake force setting on your ESC. It is better to have lower drag brake force otherwise the rear wheels would be locked without your attention, and the tail spins out. People use front one-way because they want to make the effect of e-brake on a real drift car.
Set a lower cs ratio and try more. Happy drift'n!
