when did the sound come out? when you turn your remote stick to max/min? of in normal position?
If when you turn your remote stick to max/min the sound come out, then it means your servo already reach the maximum pitch than your stick give to, that means you need to set "travel" in your controller. If this case, please shorten the travel, don't wait, for long term, this will damage your servo. (IMO)
