U msut try to use two motor that are in same spec for Clod

Original setup for Clod is using one servo, but as the previous brother already pointed out, twin servo is a must if you intended to play some extreme crawling

As to the choice of servo, a minimum i would say would be servo beyond 8kg, if money is not a constriat, go with Hitec heavy duty servo la

Hitec 5955 or 5995 is around $700 each...it has 24kg of torque~

Tamiya did not release any oil damper for the clod if i remmeber correctly,....i tihnk first u need to decide if you will retain the current chassis or go with some other crawling chassis..

我們的Clod, 絕大部份既零件己並非原裝, 性能及耐用性亦不可相提並論..

至於價錢就視付各下既銀包了~~~

I dont have much DIY apart from the servo mount..

i spend around 5K just for the chassis excluding electronics....i think..

The electronic parts is th eone that kills most of the $$$$

Just the ESC and the two 5955 already $2K la~

u still need damper la...body la.....u see....its not a cheap toy~
Everything originally is plastic..now u see so many metal (except the axle case i beleive)...so u see alot of effort went into the car
