Well, it depends on too many factors (track, car, driver, other chassis setup ... ... ...).
Usually, if you use front toe out, you'll also dial in some rear toe in (or dial in larger camber angle, ... etc) to compensate. It's all about compromise.
To have a true answer, you'll need to try it out on the track with a lap counter and experiment on different setting. (Although I never try this myself )
