M8 control is definitely better than 3PM, since it is a high-end product from Sanwa.
It is difficult to find M8 right now.  The current precious control from Sanwa is M11.  It is around $27xx from Wai XX (included top servos).
Additionally, there are limited edition of M11, cost around $38xx (included small receiver and top servos).

M8 control you can find at KWS model no: VIII  around $18xx

Sorry I m forgot you can find at wai xx too. but just for general version only.
