開窿記! (車殼開窿製作分享)
今日手痕想寫一些關於車殼開窿製作分享, 亦歡迎大家分享你的經驗.

Step 1... Prepare the tools

A/ 鑽, 木工用鑽咀
B/ 卡尺, 直尺 & CD Pen
C/ 開窿器

重點:  固定個殼,之後在殼呔拱位畫marking,方便對位.
切記:開好窿, 後剪殼! 因為有某些殼左右輪位不對稱,
如 "colt" mit evo..., 而今次用"colt" mini cooper 做例就好fit啦!

Step 2... Starting to make a marking.
重點...
您先行應該找出及標記中心線, 之後固定架車.
前呔對準前殼呔拱位, 再用尺對殼柱.
切記要減除殼柱半俓, 這個先係真正殼柱中心位!!!
再用卡尺度車殼柱之距離做marking.

Step 3... Make a drill holes

(Remark: According to my experence, I will make front hole then the rear.)
重點... 用木工鑽咀!!! (因為咀頭有尖峰, 容易mark位)
我習慣先做好前面, 試對好位後,再做後面!

Finish...
最後,用開窿器作調整.

If I were you, I will use a same method, but stick a masking tape (which is "3M"raw white paper sticker) on top of the pre-drill area then start the marking.  It should be same here.  Hope this help!
