the jump panel was like that in early summer, not opposit direction =]

no i mean the jump panel in your photo is jumping to the left , but why your car is jumping to the right ?
u see the slope....highest point is on the left hand side !
so your car should jump to the left but not to the right .

sorry..i cant remember why...haha..
maybe becoz of my bad driving skill, the car wasnt go straight to the jump panel, therefore it looks like jump to the right

for fun的話當然咩都冇所謂,
唔改一樣可以fun,
原裝lunch box一樣可以fun過501x

宜家慢慢一樣一樣改,學下set車同d改裝有咩用/點用,
慢慢build up架車,都好fun

光頭tire行住先得唔得架? 會唔會行唔到?仲有,買2wd果架dt02 ms  好定行軸果架4 wd好?

DT02MS is almost the same price as DB01, then why not DB01.

DT02MS, u need to buy tire since it doesn't come with.

for durability , DB01 is better then DF03.
i Suggest a DB01 and a 23T motor at the beginning. it is good handling car.

I will use DB01 and TT01-Rally on TKO this Sunday.
There will be a lot of DF and DB as well as the 02MS , u can have a look of might be u can try~

小改即係改左幾多錢??咁 db01 df03邊架改完平d?有咩野係一定要改架?

我改左金屬油壓$360(明明寫住df03專用,但前後都要加o-ring改短,激死=   =),
頭萬向$130(好似係)
摩打散熱(唔記得幾錢)
限滑(都唔記得幾錢)
白色彈弓一set(一set有齊軟中硬各一套)(又唔記得幾錢..=  =")

未買xbr8.5r之前係用v16(紅色)電變(好似係$160左右),
星星bz23t $180
servo係bluebird(型號唔記得,好似係$150左右,金屬齒果隻)
控用2pl

ps.原裝db01已經感覺好smooth,操控好好,
我都好同意上面師兄話用db01+23t開始玩起

may i know the different between DB01  / DB03 is only come from different generation, is the option parts or hop-up parts the same??

我DB01開始:
LRP AI 電變$5XX (唔記得)
17T bearing摩打(XENON?)$250
KO Servo + 控

後改:
金屬油壓 $300 (寫住df03專用,後要加o-ring改短),
頭單向 $240
限滑 $170
501X Front Arm $38/a pair

DF-03 most use spare and option parts only for DF itself.

DB01 can use most of the 501X parts , and those specify parts  for DB.
DB01 's performance is the most close to the highest grade buggy 501X then any other Tamiya buggy.

about is just my own opinion.

bros lets discuss and share yours experiences, opinions or modifications.

does DF03 get better balance than DB01 becoz of the central battery design ?
i have never seen a DB01 runs be4 so i have no idea how it is..
