Different between L3 and L4

I would like to ask the different between L3 and L4, is L4 only redesigned graphite chassis with molded adjustable battery trays??? Right??? and all other items are the same????

Asso. L4 the front A upper arm is new.
Asso. L4 the heat sink different colour.
Asso. L4 the rear shaft is IRS product.,
but I think Asso. L3 rear shaft is better( masami designed, Asso. L3 the same as yokomo L4 rear shaft )
