我的零五IFS

各住爸打，事先聲名，本文頭數佰字似寫Blog多過談論IFS，冇興趣者敬請略過。

今日天氣涼快得來又冇雨，本來最適合去放車，其實前天也把數排鋰電叉好，但今天還是留在家中休息..............

昨天要工作廿四個鐘，早上和下午的工作量還可以，但到了晚飯時間收到通知有位客人遇上問題，經三大部門研究後，決定幫這位人客換一個零部件。但這個零部件不是公司的"conventional item"，故要用者自付。雖然這個零部件要幾皮，但這位客人說：能夠幫得上忙，多少錢也不成問題。好，call sales 攞零件，去馬！(其中一位高層說)

三大部門齊心合力，人數排面贏晒。三個頂級，三個中高級，成五六個中低級。結果.......... 無人喺熟手。五成時間發號司令的，竟是那 sales。

我不是不尊重那些高層人事，事實上，他們為了一個生客星期六晚也飛撲回來幫手，眞的籍得尊敬。只是我晚上三點終於可以休息時睡在床上諗，如果我喺果位生客，付出了幾皮嚟買零部份，又付出百份百的信心，換來的竟是............

最後越諗越唔安樂，我想最快也五點才睡得着。今天醒來後要處理 family duty，兩點後才有私人時問，但個頭好痛好痛...........

都喺唔去放車，去 KWS 放吓血($$$)。

其實我的IFS是購自 Mr.星野，真的多謝星野的完美砌工。但我要用國產雕刻刀，再請Michelangelo上身雕去電池架上的凸位以方便放鋰電。車殼用原裝 Ebbro(無心機之作)。並打算安上半新半舊的電子嘢。裝好落場玩過後再報告吧！

真奇怪，IFS用 48 pitch 70 齒，齒輪已差不多突出底板，故不能用上慢齒比行5.5R，只好用10.5R啦

My TA05R can use 105T 64pitch spur, ie, I think it can fit 78T 48pitch without any problem. Not sure what motor mount you are using and will this make any difference.

sorry, I have made a mistake.

Mr.星野 reminded me that the 70 gear isn't 48 pitch, it is the standard tamiya 04 type.

so, IFS in fact can accept fast and slow gear combination.

that means it isn't really necessary to buy the 10.5R

剪servo耳仔時又不幸剪衰了

個原裝尾油壓板用手指尾都可整彎，䏲黎都好難唔換喇。

excuse me，仲有仲有當我把車仔全速離力空轉時，発覺10.5R個摩打聲同我個5.5R真喺差好遠，弱好多好多................. 正合我意，慢人match慢車

In fact, I haven't try it out yet, so you are more experienced than me

But the menu suggests we start from gear ratio 7.5:1, then go lower if the car is too slow. So, I plan to use 48pitch 75 plastic gear, 48 pitch 23 metal gear (75/23 x 2.25 = 7.3), if the car is too slow, I'll change for 24 meatal gear, etc.

For"同捚, 你點裝XBR起車尾, 洗唔洗升高先裝到, 因為真係得好小位", I use a hobby knife to cut out part of the chasis in order to make some room for the XBR

I will try 78/30 or 74/28 depends on I have time to change the "big gear" or not, then try this Thu @ TRC.  And let you know after that.  I tried SP's 11.5R, and it have real 23T performance.  But this time, I have chance to try branded name product like Novak....oh..... can't wait.

I use a servor mount from TL 01 to rise up the XBR.  I didn't like to do that, but no other way to install it there.  It is better then "stick" in on top of turning servor anyway.  Because my carbon chassis is hard to cut off some piece of plastic of chassis......

your first gear combination is 5.85:1, second is 5.94, please beware of the possibility of ESC overheat, personally I have had quite some bad overheat experiences with Novak brushless system because of gear overload. Or you may consider to install a powerful fan for the ESC

Yes, so I tried 78/29 at the first trial/  Corning is, no power.  But top speed is good at straight road.  Temp is....cool right after running.  it is 6.05:1.  then Change to 78/26, wow it is great for me.  Corning is powerful, accretion is good, top speed is OK for TRC.  capable to catch up 05MS with 8T brushed motor (or course, not a 8T at good status.
Overall speaking, this combination and  is good and worth for $$$.

其實 5.5R / 10.5R 都係代表無刷摩打速度 .
由 2.5R/3.5R/4.5R  .... 11.5R/13.5R 等等
數字越細速度就最快
反相數字越大就最慢
