Easy......

You just set the front arms to horizontal or a little bit V-shape( it means the Arms are Parallel to the Lower deck ), may be u set it too high. Then U can also adjust all the Turn-buckle shaft a bit shorter until the front 2 wheels running smooth again.   The Front head will be more low and easy to touch the ground but of course U can adjust it until your satisify!!


ONE MORE TRY!!!

See the Red circle in the picture, Adjust the MC1 3x12mm. Make it longer at the bottom side than the top side.
