if the driller is sharp enough...the decal will also cut in sharp edge....dun worry.....but make sure the decal on the place u wanna make the hole is perfectly sticked...if not.....the outcome may not good la.....
for your case ,i suggest u to use the hand driller instead of the electric one......a bit slower but more easy to handle for beginner......
