He used Nosram ESC + Motor (Same as LRP), motor is probably 4T (my guess).
But since that was an indoor race, 4T is very very hard to control in a small area.

Naoto being a Yokomo driver, most likely he used Yokomo tires.

very fast

one cell should not be hard to control, setup is not a easy task for 12 ........ not for me.
