spare sometime and try to understand the instruction manual.  you must understand what is clutch gap and what is end paly first.
btw the way, clutch gap is the gap between the clutch shoe and clutch bell before engage. In your case, 0.7 mm is almostly correct. Endplay is the amount of the movement of the clutch bell along the engine shaft after you installed the whole clutch set to the engine. Normally the endplay should be 0.1 mm, too large endplay will damage the thrust bearing.
how to make clutch gap 0.7 mm and endplay 0.1 mm, the 733 instruction manual, XRAY NT1 manaul, Teammagic G4 manaul, Mugen MTX-4 manual tells you very clearly. Please put sometime to read the manaul and try to understand it. It is very important to a GP player |
