well.. I expect some performance improvements, as I've heard from someone/somewhere...
All I know:
Unlike other parts in a motor, suitable magnets can only bring out the best of the motor and bad ones slow it down. Don't expect them to suddenly help your car run like a rocket. If you really wish a breakthrough in the speed and runtime, you should spend more time on some other things like:
1. changing to a rotor of a different design and materials
2. rewinding a rotor
3. changing and polishing the commutator
4. trying different brushes
5. setting the right timing
6. replace the bearings
7. ensure the rotor is not pushing any of the bearings...
