By the way, if you like speedy GP RC, think about the X-Ray NT1 & Kyosho V-1 RRR WC.  Both of them are excellent RC!

forget about the hand-pull if you go for 3R, this is my past experience. it is more fun just press and start your car with a starter

I know you saw one C-hing offer a 2nd hand V1 S II.  

As I said, FW05 is entry level.  V1 RRR / SR series is championship level.  
You can said FW05 = tt01e;   V1 SIII = TA05R;  V1 RRR /SR = TRF 416  
Think what you need & go what you should buy.  There have no standard.  For me, V1 SIII is good enough for me, cos I willnot join the championship.
