標題: MICRO X 2014
剛過去的星期六和日. 在英國舉行的全英國 BRCA. MICRO NATIONALS 既 MICRO-X 2014.

有54個選手參加 Mini 4WD Buggy Class.
當中最多人用的是 CARISMA GTB. 其次就是LC-RACING EMB

兩天比賽分9個ROUND的QUALIFYING.
最後分3個FINAL.

CARISMA/CML 車手 PHIL SLEIGH (Carisma GTB)由頭帶到尾. 最後順利成為2014 Champion, >>上次是2011年的champion. (當年是揸Carisma GT14B)
CARISMA/CML 車手 Tony Bishop (Carisma GTB) 緊隨第二名
CARISMA/ THUMBS 車手 Craig Harris ( Carisma GTB) 第三名. >>上次是2013年的champion. (當年是揸Carisma GTB)

Isn't Mini 8ight is the same scale buggy, why no one use it? (Although, LR Racing EMB is very similar as Mini 8-ight)

Belt version is latest verison, better handling.
I also play GTB at JV and Lali, the handling is very good, lap time by 5700KV motor, 2S LiPo, 16T motor pinion is approx 34 ~ 35 sec.
Will try a bigger pinion and softer front roll bar next time.

what esc and brand of motor, servo etc?
i just went to check out the kit price of GTB, very good price

I think there is not enough support from LOSI and their mother company Horizon Hobby.
Also the Mini 8IGHT is very old and updated. Too heavy and there is not enough aftermarket parts to compete at this level of Racing.

I use Carisma 5700KV motor, 16T pinion + Carisma Type-R ESC, servo is Ino-Lab 261HB. At Lali ise 2S LiPo, at JV, use 3S LiPo with 1/10 touring foam tires

吾洗周圍破費搵config!用返carisma至好！我用過其他品牌甚至好贏60a,一系過熱一系庅打吾夠扭力瓜柴。Carisma RTR定義系ready to race, not ready to run. 所以OK架
