我FULL雞之後再slow 時,有超過十幾秒高轉, 一直回吾到剛打火時的slow 聲,應該点調?

If it can return to low idle speed after 10 to 20 seconds. That means the low speed needle is setting correctly and you only need to adjust the idle speed. It is not related to the main needle.
