1)  Tamiya can make some money, tones of options will come....
2)  Players have a new Tamiya buggies to play.
3)  Take away all the belts from DB01

Torque steering is always there with shaft running longitudinally

The mid-shaft, on the other hand is not too small. May be high power brushless is a problem....

The major reason I think, is to place the motor like the way you can on a belt drive car, so to eliminate the torqe effect on typical shaft drive car, but at the same time still have all the advantage of a shaft driven car. Whetherit works or not we will have to wait and see.

even front and rear shaft runs in different directions, the torque steering situation will still be there, except super high traction.

Torque steer 係同摩打的位置及摩打芯的轉動方向有關,條shaft 咩方向轉只係motor 的作用。

只要個摩打係縱置,就會有torque steer. kyosho 架FS2理論上解決到呢個問題。

中間嗰個唔係差速來㗎,前後軸同一方向轉,每個bevel牙只接獨其中另一個bevel牙。
個設計都幾突別,不過會唔會無咁㩒用?

the numbers of teeth of the bevel gears can be changed just like useing 36 pulley in front and 37 pulley in the back on 501X

The Demo car seems to be the same as DB01 back in the days=> bushed motor setup.  However, DB01 can handle bushess system because of its belt drive design.  It seems that DB02 is more direct drive and has less room to give,  Slipper pad replacement tends to occur more frequently....  Look forwards to review test reports...
