12仔問題兩個~~

想問問師兄們兩個問題如下:

1) 有邊架12仔係放得落 touring 7.4v個d電架? (想用番晒touring d電子野)

2) 新買番黎既海棉o太係咪一定要磨? 唔磨唔好跑??? (如過要磨, 有無手磨工具? 無位買多部磨o太機)

1)玩12仔你可以用回1/10的電子野(ESC),SERVO要用回細一點,電可以用2S 1/18電.如果用  1/10 電太大了,

2)新買番黎既海棉不用磨,一樣可以行,用自然行走磨,會好

1) None. So you need to buy new batteries. You can run 1 cell (3.7v) or 2 cells (7.4v). Some C-hings even run 3 cells! You can only run 1 cell if your ESC supports it. For 2 cells, you need to buy smaller ones. 7.4v 1800 mah or 2200 mah are popular, but in both cases you need to raise the battery above the chassis (about 4 - 5 mm) to prevent the battery from hitting the side links. The choice of battery also depends on the motor which you may want to re-use. If you have a high-T motor, running 1 cell will be too slow. Running 2 cells with a low-T motor will give you a shorter run time due to limited battery capacity. 2 cells are common in Hong Kong but, as far as I know, current chassis are all designed with 1 cell in mind. So you have to balance all the factors.

If you want to min the cost, I suggest you play 2S lipo.  As least this way, you can use your current ESC.  As for battery, those 2S 1/18 battery is actually cheaper than the 1S 1/12 battery.  (unless you want to go racing, then 1S is your only choice)

If you go 2S, you can pair it with 7.5R/8.5R and the speed is about same as 1S+4.0R.... with much less heat in motor and ESC.

For tires, just run it straight from the box.  Usually softer rear, harder front.
