我唸住買 panasonic 12v9a($110) or 12v12a($140)博撻箱啊~~~
問過差機 要$150蚊...我想問粉電係咪唔使放電架....點養電架?
同埋粉電差機平貴大唔大分別???

Cheap cheap charger is OK also. No big difference.
Not need discharge. Don't discharge it under 10.4V, otherwise it will be damaged
Just charge it before use. Don't need discharge.
