21 On Road Engines

Which 21 engine will you pick under each price range:

1)  Less than $2000.
2)  Less than $3000.
3)  Less than $4000.

Prefer something that is easy to break in and stable ( no fiddling with the needles all the time ).

I think less than $4000 are acceptable  to enter 1/8 on road ,all the engines are run stable ,easy to adjust of today.
