If you do not have any friends in japan, then use some agent service. They will bid for you, pay for you and then receive the item. Then, they will mail the item from Japan to you. Of course, there is no free lunch and you pay the cost plus service charge. You can find those agent in the web or in some toystore in Hong Kong.
That's the way I and some C-hings get my collections from Yahoo Japan. Almost made me bankrupt.
