The rear upper camber link is another rear roll center adjustment. The effect on a car handling is a bit less than adjusting the lower roll center insert. The more inclined the camber link towards the diff gear (i.e. the link is higher on the hub side), the more rear end can rotate around a corner. To make the rear end of the car rotate more, you can add washer on top of the rear hub to increase the camber link incline or ther link to a lower camber link hole. Whether u use a upper inside or outside camber link hole depends on how much camber the rear tires have after running. If the camber on the tire is more than 3 degrees, than use the inner hole.
