It seems that your heli is not initiate correctly. 6 or 3 axis balance system needs to put it in a flat plate for a while after plugging your heli to let it calibrate the balance status during its initiation. Share some experience on my M120d01. The steps to start should be
1. Turn on your tx and put it to throttle hold.
2. Power on your heli.
3. Then don't hold it on hand. Put the power on heli on to a flat plate. It does not need horizontal. But it needs to stay steady there
4. Check your Tx and finally turn off the throttle hold.
5. The tx and rx will start connecting.
6. You will see it from your Tx's screen
7. Once it connected, the led in your heli will start flashing. It is where your heli start initiate the balance function.
8. When the flash stop, it is ready to take off
If you let the heli initiate the balance function in your hand, it will distribute the balance detection and finally, it cannot correctly initiate.
