Question about Spektrum

I got a problem about the Binding Process of Spektrum 2.4G.

I followed the manual as follows:

1. Turn on the receiver while pressing the bind buttom.
2. Then turn on the transmitter while pressing the bind buttom

So bad, the receiver's LED just keep on flashing but no response.

Any brother can tell me the above step is correct or not. If not, please tell me the proper way.
