some question about engine

Just a little reminder:

Please make sure the RR can use pull start engine.
(in case RR cannot installed a engine with pull start, you need to use a starter)

Oh, I forgot one thing. (long time no play GP)

Please also make sure the engine shaft match the RR clutch.
(centax and normal clutch use different shaft)

Just tell the shop owner what you want to do and he will give you a suitable engine.

Actually, the budget of $800 can only buy a mid-level engine.  There is no way a Novarossi can be bought new for $800 these day.  OS is a good choice for your price range.
