Total 5DF-03 can race in TWH in the coming Friday!!

original tires law...

I'm thinking to use Kyosho SuperTen size or Tamiya 1/8 on-road tires on DF03.
Check it tonight and see how's it work or not...

Just try it...the Kyosho Superten size tires is pretty good fitting on DF03

That's nice to hear but minds you your top speed is going to be much slower due to the smaller size of the wheels.....

which can be solved by the gear ratio setting.

the diameter of the DF03 original wheel is 86mm, and now down to 75mm for the new wheel,
the original gear ratio is 78/26~9.17 for my 23T motor

9.17*(75/86)=~8

I may use 29T for my pinion gear to set the gear ratio be 8.22

Hope it works well....  Try try sin.
