I think Losi 1/18 Mini-LST RTR is the best choice, around HK1300, if you have HK$2000 budget, buy a multi-charger (for future upgrade) and one more battery pack, that's it...and have fun !

Mini LST, fast enough to run, big wheel enough for rough road, dual motor doesn't mean faster but will give higher torque for rough or small rock road.
Go to rcmart la, US$169 = HK$1300 (Maybe KWS will be cheaper). If you already have charger, then just buy one extra battery, still have HK$400-500 for BL upgrade, haha !!

BL9T = No need to buy now, forget about this now.

Car box including ESC + white pig, you need to buy Radio and battery only, you already have charger...+ painting stuff, spray or brush paint oil etc...if youw ant to make your own style shell
