For NTC3, i like their front end. You can change camber, caster without any additional parts. Just tune the lenght of ball pin or relocate the washer....

Nice car & good conditions, i suggested to keep it as.
if you want to upgrade to EP, you need to change a lot for LIPO, burshless motor, change the gear box from 2 speed to single speed.....
The most simple way to enjoy EP is to buy a used TC4 or 3 .....
Share my old TC3 with 23T.......
