Traxxas Slash

Anyone has bought the Traxxas Slash yet?  I saw one in "Hobby" and I am VERY MUCH interested getting one myself....  Perhaps it's good for wet conditions!! (All Sealed for waterproof!!)
I have NEVER own a Traxxas product before, any comments??

如果呢部 Losi 1/10 Desert Truck 同埋 Traxxas Slash 你地鍾意邊部呢？
不過其實我鍾意 Losi 1/10 Desert Truck 多d

Losi is good but I do worry about parts availiablity......  
Besides, if buy the Losi, why not think about the E-Firestorm from HPI?  At least I don't have to change my screw drivers...

我一直都 好想買呢部車, 一來防水, 二來traxxas FANS ~~

不過有幾樣野考慮~~ 個車個wheel 係咪特別size ?? 好似無thirt party 出過!!

同埋部車比普通1/10 truck 大好多, 只係細emaxx 小小, 想換車殼得prolin ...

No worry, the wheels are 2.2 sizes... very easy to find!!!
I think you can put standard 1/10 Truggy body on, just wouldn't cover the wheels like the original one that's all.....

Honestly the difference between the Slash and E-Firestorm is...  The shell on the Slash is wider than the Firestorm....  Otherwise, the chassises are still 1/10 2WD....

我係加拿大都入左部買250加紙

一令架車出泥覺得仿真做得唔錯..

但佢個esc d模式我覺得好似廢左小小  一個係練習模式加速殺制-50% 一個正常模式100%

一個比賽模式100%加速 0%殺制..  

防水係幾好...不過佢 ...

As for shipping to HK, you can pack in a box and check it in as "Oversize" package....  It should be free of charge if you include that into your "check-in" luggage... that's how I bought my bicycle back to Hong Kong.....

You can always order replacement shells from www.towerhobbies.com  Especially you are in Canada and shipping wouldn't cost you an arm or leg......

Thanks, the original owner added many many options like 20inch wheels, aero kit, carbon seats, damper.......a nice deal actually. The space and the comfortablity is not suitable for everyday use a ...

What a perfect combination!!!  997 + A4 1.8T S-line!  But let me ask you this...  hopefully you wouldn't disappoint me...  Is it a manual or tiptronic?

Which is no problem at all.. just dry them with a hair dryer and THAT'S IT!
