Hobbywing 60A is ok, maybe look into EC Power set since it is sensored brushless.

For Lipo 2S (7.4): ~ 5000kv motor
For Lipo 3S (11.1): ~ 3500kv motor

Traxxas Slash is about 2100g... it is heavier than normal 1/10 truggy (~1600g).  So it is better to use 3S + lower kv motor.

If you pair it with hobbywing 9t, it may overheat the motor. Since  ...

好盈9t唔係540 class咩???我部df-03都用緊呢隻9t

From hobbywing website on 9T-13T motor:

'This 3650-M sized motor has a core of 380 class motor but the outside appearance is as same as  540 class motor, so its size is suitable for all 1/10 chassi ...

Dont worry, DF-03 is light.  Hobbywing 9T is ok.  Just watch your gearing.
