I see 'on-head' he just use his finger to 'press' the flywheel. . .

this is the best method to stop the engine...

to press muffler, excessive fuel inside the chamber and pressure is harmful to the conrod

to press fuel intake tube, it will let piston running in insufficient lubrican....
