the esc short,burnt inside itself...

esc quality ng ok,factory excuse for 我換阻條感應線,no repair, today still hv this kind of service X10000

Ching,i play rc car more than 25 yr,never burn esc,i hv lrp speed passion tekin novak hobby wing at home still now.... for u reference, M car in TC, 4000kv, lipo , Final gear 5.735

fair and honest say, any electric stuff may hv problem,bad luck lor,charge me $320 means what, pay and buy a new one lor,$320 is not a issue but just means the factory doesnt take care the customer,in another way say, the esc is not safe,if i didnt open the shell, the esc burnt the lipo, then explose....

i suppose want to hide this fact, change a new one or fix, i bad luck only, but 代理人同我講 factory say will not believe this one case will affect their business....this is totally unresponese word...so i decide not to hide this truth

i talk to the 代理人already and ask him why need $320 and he answer me beacuse i change the sensor cable when use,so no repair...,haha orginal one half feet long...how to use in m car ar...,TO : 廠同代理人,i tell u, business is not doing like this,u make a terrible mistake,xyz&*.....

C hing,forget it lar,代理 is only a single man...

i tell u the truth,  廠同代理人, if yr product not perfect and safe, work hard and remodfiy,dont just think that the combo set selling $7xx is such this kind of quality,in the reality,"who pay money to yr product?---customer, who am i?----customer, u treat yr customer using this attitude,the world will know one day, end up u xxxx up yr business .......good luck to u

ha c hing, must be my problem lar,because bad luck ....,u look at the photo, see the cable didnt burnt and turn black,means fire come out inside the esc itself, not from the cable shorted but all cable disconect as hot come from the esc inside,see the servo wire also burn ...forget to tell u, i use my foot to step out the fire...xyz@@

It is nice that Mr Fung disclose my email trying to fight back, u can see i didtn say any lies but only tell the truth, in email i was really polite tone.... all experience player know who tell lies or....please remind that this is a both sensor and sensorless esc .....my sensor cable is not any issue to this esc in any circumstances......
有人有心發大件事,事前pm我,好似一定要換新,唔換唱衰之類云云......Mr fung, how about u look this case in another direction, u buy xxx brand product, it fire and short, what will u do? or u think my tone is not polite enough or what?if i dont want to save yr product image,i disclose  all stuff long time ago ........please save yr air....work better on yr product, this time only burn few hundred ,small matter, if yr product burn my hand or ,,,, i think the story will totally different, good luck to u and yr factory, NO ONE will accept any excuses ......

I didnt hv any problem with him actually, i hv his charger, more than 10 pack lipo battery... i am a end user only, no other relationship,in the other hand say, i am customer who pay money....

The instrution must write down lar.......next generation .....

all c hing , when one day,unlucky yr MP3 explose because u change yr earphone  will not hv any warrenty....same case.....,bull {banned}, is therer any finacail problem on yr factory so that they bull {banned} around? Mr fung, do better yr business, make bigger order to yr factory, then the factory will take care of u as u are their big customer, so that u can take care yr customer too....this is business way

mature people certainly know what is real heart report what is advertisng......who is lier who is business man,but doesnt matter,the most important is remember who pay money, it is very stupid to whom doesnt take care of the customer.....xxxx up the business one day

Mr Fung, first of all , yr esc manual didnt mention any about the sensor cable, pls read through it carefully, words always black n wht, second,i didnt tell u 賠,i ask u to talk to yr factory about this case, dont u think the esc burnt like this can repair.i didnt ask for any money....as a end user (customer)got bad luck on any kind of product while normal use, they hv right to ask the agent to follow the case.....dont fool me and all other user around, 道理---is a ruler inside heart. $320 is a small amount,  the fact is just fair or not....,u cant fight this case to the factory, i hv nothing to say...........but as a agent....this is a disappointed word....last, remember, i am not taking u any advantage , it is all about FAIR and Respondsivbilty
