Some ques on 戎子??

Please read the followings:

"XX偈係有一個小問題
係會比較熱
要+戎子
係個散熱頂同個偈殼之間
我自己玩緊部28級都係咁
都係d師傅教我+戎子先冇咁熱
之前我部車玩唔夠一剛油就 150度up 最勁果次個溫度表出現 err添 now 我玩晒一剛油又成日極速都係 115-118左右
至於d戎子你就要去d模型鋪問問啦
買2隻有著數d 我now都係+左2隻先正常返~~當然又唔好比佢過凍
正常溫度 105-120~~"

I want to some ques:
1) what is 戎子
2) is it difficult to add 戎子係個散熱頂同個偈殼之間
3) normally how much is it??
4) why the temp can be lower after adding the 戎子

ok... I will try my best... to tune....

but will engine lose its power after adding the ring?
