Yes. It is RC10. I can't confirm which edition it is. May be either Team Car or Champion Edition.
The market value of this Black pan is lowerer than the Gold pan version. Without the shell, I guess it worth about 80 -100 USD. The shell of this car is still under production and is around USD12.
