It is almost RTR, you need to install the steering serveo, esc and the receiver.

today check with jet racing , reply the 4WD RTR set arrived at this end of month , and the kit set need to wait for one more month , any bro know can find it at others shop !

last week, I saw the shop next to 極 x in KWS has one, but not sure whether it had sold or not.
