標題: 2 more DB01 join TKO party (beginner)
Just "watch" the TKO party on last month and finally finish my DB01 and posion to my friend

Yellow is mine and metal black is for my friend. All original except 23T motor which is suggested by bros from previous post. Hope can "follow all bro.'s tail later.......

I just practice in TKO this afternoon and broken the rear shocks & lost the shaft on my DB01 & broken the front shocks on my friend's one

, then combine two DB01 to one and play for a little while. Couple question is raised and pls. kindly to help:
1.)just play 3-5mins and the motor turn slow but already full charged at home....any adjustment on the charger??(4V is set for charger which is recommended by the shop boss)
2.)the shock is throw out after big jump

,change to "allo" one can improve a lot? 3Racing is OK?( coz half price of Tamiya one)
3.)Can universal shaft help to strong the front/rear whole suspension?
Wanna to join the upcoming TKO party and pls. kindly have the suggest "upgrade option" list

Hi,

1) Seems no problem, depends on the capacity of your batt.and the motor/gear ratio your are using
2) Change the harder Tamiya ball end cups ($30) , seems you haven't completely screwed the "teeth" of of shock shafts in to the ball end cups, 3 racing ones are ok.
3) Universals help a little, seems you need 3racing alu pivot bolcks

I think you are using new battery, you need to charge and dis-charge over 3-5 cycle to
reach the good performance, use 4A current is normal but lower to 2A can do it better
if you have time.

the following on-line store in HK have 80% of option parts for our DB01
but the price is USD, just for your ref.

Changed to 3 Racing shock & Tamiya Universal shaft... and test in TKO on last Monday....quite good even hit the rock or roll-over again & again

But the question on battery still not fix

...one of the 4600mah battery can play almost 25mins but another one can only play for 2mins.....
1.)Using12-14mins to completed charge at 3A by quick charge mode, is it normal?
2.)if not, what is the estimated time to fully charge the 4600mah battery by 3A or 4A
3.)At Cycle model on the TLP charger, only 4 mins to complete the discharge the "full" battery(charged at 12mins and cut-off auto), is it normal?

2). 3a 叉大約90分鐘.
3). 4分鐘放原電係正常, 因為排電都叉唔入電.
最後得出答案就係買過排電

Surprise...I did cycle again...50mins to complete the charge(much improve on first time)

Pls. advise any brand is much "stable"...I use the Intellect now
