頭單尾珠係咪指頭用單向叉速，尾用走珠叉速？有咩好處？？叉速要加潤滑劑嗎？如要用咩好？
另外有咩方法將舊bearing番新再用？

About ur question 頭單尾珠 I want too know too.....

About 舊bearing番新再用 ....I think u can place them in 白電油 for over night and use to shake it inside 白電油 for clean up some dirt inside....

If any high hand can explain and correct me if I am wrong
