I am not an expert and am a newbie in playing GP too, so I am only guessing from what I know.
A burnt engine bearing can cause the engine to overheat because there's drag in the internal parts. In that case, the glow plug will sure go byebye.

You may be right, but burning glow plug all the time may due to too high compression. What % Nitro fuel you are using? If you are using 25%-30%, at least you have to add 0.1mm to 0.2mm shims.Ofcause, overheating will kill a glow plug easily too, may be replace your bearing first la.
