My experience is that Wai Go will not fix the price. They will let you know the exact price after arrival of the goods but you have an option to buy it or with deposit returned. I used to preorder with Wai Go or Chong Sing in the past, but I found that sooner or later I could buy the same on the street at lower price. Unless you want to get the kit first hand, there is no need to rush for a preorder.
