Very famous in US, in HK not that popular, due to most of HK people not interested in trucks!!!

The chassis is pretty the same as monster beetle, nice!!

Yes. In accordance with the record from the Tamiya RC 30 years Perfect Album, it released on 3 Dec 1992, #58110 and priced at Yen 13800. The chassic was a modified version of Forg.
