It depends what 3674 .. if castle 2400kv .. then pretty good..

If your 3674 is 2500kv, and 4 pole (could be 2 pole or 4 pole, 4 pole 好力D）
1515 and 3674 are refer to motor size, 3674 is 36mm x 74mm, 1515 mean app. 1.5 inch diameter (app. 40mm) and the rotor is 1.5 inch long. (About the same as 4074, 40mm x 74mm, so more power then 36mm diameter.
80A + 3674 2500kv motor will be marginal ... 差少少 ... 用大D齒比，同小D timing .. Should be OK .. Say doable for app. 60km/hr speed.
As other c hing said, SC8 is heavy, if you want it fast, go bigger amp esc, (120 or 150) and bigger motor for more speed and power....
