I check the plug. And it still look good.
What else I need to check to troubleshoot the engine problem??
I check the engine stop wiring it is connect properly.
If the engine overheating what is the symptom.

The smartech cy 23 engine is know to blow the gasket between the cylinder head and the crank case. You should check that too. You can get it at radar model and it is very cheap. I think it is only 17hkd or something...... And another thing you should check is the 2T you are using..... Nope I didn't close the choke. When I close the engine stall. So I leave it open all the while.
After few run the engine slow down and dead.
I will check the plug and gasket tonight. Thanks
Btw the choke need to be close? It is open just for starting the engine??
I leave the choke open after the engine started. Should close the choke?

normal motorcycle 2t should be ok. the choke is only used during startup to suck fuel into the carb. If you close the choke the engine will stall. If everything is ok try to return the L or H to factory setting. Should be around 1.5 turn open for both. This setting normally should be quite rich. Hope you get it sorted. For the choke operation you can refer to the link below pt3.
It the engine is overheated it will not have much power.... and die. But unlike .21 or .12 engine. These engine is not likely to over heat as there is a fan inside. The spark plug tested. It fire some spark when the pullstart is pulled while the plug body touched the engine body. So means the plug is ok.
And I reset the HS and LS to 1.5 turn both. And will test the car next week.

How to tell the shop keeper which gasket is it?
Totally clueless for 1/5 engines gasket.

Radar model at kung tong have it.
