我有架原裝, 不是復克, boomerang and super shot,... 前後波箱都有卡卡聲的問題, 各ching 有無, hot shot , supershot, boomerang , big wig 等等, 而面對過相同的問題? 我攪左好耐, 換左好多野都仲有卡卡聲....
1. 開車時好大聲卡卡聲
2. 用手轉個呔, 另一邊相返轉時, kick 住kick 住...

最慘係, 拆出來, 剩只係波箱部份試, 好似又無事咁, 砌返埋, 在地上試, 又係卡卡聲, 拆一次, 砌返埋又成粒鐘, 之後又係唔得, 好煩....

各ching 有無試過EXACTLY 相同問題, 知唔知exactly 問題原因係點解呢?

Anyway, maybe you can buy a 'remake' boomerang and change some parts.

if you find no problem in gear boxes, then problems probably occurs outside gear boxes (it is nonsense

, but it is the way to figure out problematic locations). such locations might be the shaft connecting front and rear gear box, swing shafts connecting gear boxes and wheels etc... all in all, you have to check through the transmission system.

卡卡聲 should be dogbones problem, get some CVD la, I think DF03 fits

C兄讓我試試看看你也能否有效.........我新舊hotshot 都有.....我舊的那部前輪都有"卡卡"聲........小時候成日都想整好佢.........可借整極都唔得..........近日買番新出的hotshot對照下....我改了舊型的CRing(2)...用DB4......問題大大改善了.......你可以試試

噢... 終於有ching 有相同問題... 我那架是用, 上圖"舊hotshot" 的小 C Ring, 而非下的DB4大介子, 你意思係, 用上圖的比較好? 但我的車車已經係上圖的小 C Ring, ... 另外, 下圖你圈左MR13, 係咩意思, MR13 要注意什麼.... 謝謝師兄...

師兄: 我架是用大介子, but I have no problem because I file down the MR11 so that it does not press onto the gearbox/大介子.... 謝謝

另外,... 我都好有懷疑同下圖的 MR15 及 MR2 啤呤好有關係, 因為其實 MR15 出過兩三種小訐不同的狗骨杯, MR2 就有出過用膠及圓介子代替普通的 MR2 啤呤, 好可惜... 我都試過, 都仲有問題.... 慘... 你仲無意見比我呀?

sorry師兄.............對呀...........用BD4大介子........棄用 C Ring...........

我小時候試過棄用MR13..........加長....縮短MR13....我都試過......都會有格格聲..........所以應該不關MR13的事

小學8幾年果陣都聽到前後波箱好嘈聲的問題
所以這些媽聲复刻四驅一律無買

我架新hotshot 好順無事架...舊hotshot現在都無事了.....因為hotshot係自己第一架車........我想keep架新車留念^^.....心癮無計^^

how did you exactly file down the MR11? could you tell me exactly how to do it? which side to file down? there are two umbrella gear beside MR11... the oppsite side too..do i need to take care of that too? it called bevel gear L and R there.. thanks a lot c hing..

我無其他意見了.....我現在猜想...舊型車的C ring 因為"太幼"在車輪轉動時令MR15 產生遙擺....差速齒因而不能緊貼......引至"卡卡"聲...........我自己試過用手搖舊型車的MR15........它是会遙擺的..可能左右有虛位..相反新hotshot MR15用BD4大介子固定是比較緊,轉動時很貼近波箱............所以我才想出用BD4 換C ring

That plastic 傘齒無需改動，但那金屬差速傘齒就要磨薄半 mm 左右。從向 c ring 那邊做手腳

還有要留意波箱合上時，扭上鑼絲的力度，大緊亦會引致嘈吵
