That fuel line is connected to a boost chamber (purple color). See below for the function (info from MIP):
Q: What does the MIP Boost Bottle actually do, and is there a difference in performance between the Boost Bottle and Boost Chamber?
A: The MIP Boost Bottle captures and stores pressure from the engine case, thus smoothing out the engine's reversionary impulses. By doing this, the engine will have a much more consistent and responsive powerband with an increase in bottom end acceleration. There is no performance difference between the Boost Bottle and Boost Chamber. The Boost Chamber does the exact same but is mounted on the rear of engine.
