for the exact same item......no idea.
but kws has 1/12 available at $2200, you can also get tamiya 1/16 kits for 2800-3700 (with optional sound)

It's available in the shop in KWK (the alley) 小巷, which sell PRC toy, minibike, RC stuff...etc.

You'll first see it among the boxes of 'snow-leopord' (M48) but look closely one of them is a M41.
But I believed this one doesnot come with 'smoke & sound'.

According to comments in oversea forum this model is not to the scale, M41 is a light tank but this model has the same size as a Tiger-1. Thus it would be 1/14 instead of 1/16.

saw in kws yan on bldg once. sold out now. the shop also sell mini bike.
